Water Sampling Stations

The use of commercially manufactured water sampling stations is a  positive indication of a water utility’s commitment to water quality.

Our aboveground water sampling stations are designed to simplify the collection of water samples for bacteriological and chemical testing and to protect the integrity of the water sample and the monitoring site. Constructed of  nonferrous metals with a hinged rain-shield top and two side guards to reduce the chance of airborne contamination, these aboveground water sampling stations are secured by an integral lock and bolted to a concrete pad.

We also offer a storage tank sampling system which becomes a permanent fixture on the tank roof to enable water samples to be taken at various depths.

Model EZ-01 Water Sampling Station (aboveground)

Features:

• Aboveground installation that bolts to concrete pad
• Constructed of nonferrous metals eliminates rusting
• 8” x 8” opening makes internal fittings easily accessible
• Choice of 24”, 30” or 44” tall (no more kneeling)
• Secured by an integral lock or optional stainless steel padlock fitting
• Hinged rain-shield top with two open cocking positions
• Protective side-guards prevent airborne contamination of water sample
• Tamper-proof stainless steel fastening hardware
• ProFlo ½” bronze ball valve
• 3/8” copper sampling port formed and flared for smooth flow (optional stainless steel)
